  • This product will serve as an economical, low cost, safe, and efficient housing for Low Income families or those struck by a natural disaster.
  • Designed and manufactured to resist hurricanes and earthquakes.
  • The steel frame that supports the walls and the ceiling are made of 14 gauge galvanized steel.
  • This product is designed for use outside of the USA and does not meet the requirements of US Title 24.
  • Three complete homes can be loaded into one standard 40ft. container for worldwide distribution.
  • The panelized system of construction is easy to install, which provides the benefit of lower cost in terms of installation and labor expenses.
  • A two bedroom 635 sq. ft. Low Income house can be installed in four days by four people after the concrete is poured by a local contractor.
  • Flame Proof Walls.
  • Rain Gutter (Facia) and end roof finishing.
  • Painted steel roof is attached using screws with a seal feature for no water seepage.
  • Foam contours weather seal where roof meets building wall.
  • Wall panels weigh 450lbs. 8ft X 12ft and have three independent sheets of 4 X 8 ft. laminated sheets encased in a 14 gauge steel frame.
